Step 1: Initial Consultation
In the Initial Consultation we’ll discuss your project in more detail, find out more about your vision for your property, go over any concerns, and explain our design and build processes.

Step 2: Design & Planning
With a clear understanding of your requirements, we’ll meet with you and our draftsman to take your vision and create a concept to prepare preliminary plans.
We will use our extensive experience to problem solve and create solutions, find the most cost effective building procedures and come up with incredible design options to maximise your space and your budget to bring your ideas to life.
Step 3: Drawings Finalisation & Quote
We’ll meet with you and the draftsman once more to discuss the finer details of your design for quoting. This means you can be confident the design meets your vision.
We’ll then email you a detailed quote with an outline of inclusions.
Step 4: Contract
Once you are happy with the plans and quote provided we will meet with you to sign the contract and any further documentation.
We will also provide you with our detailed selections booklet to help you make the exciting decisions for your home such as colours and finishes.
Upon signing the contract you’ll then receive a detailed schedule for your project.
Step 5: Construction Process
It's now time for you to watch your project transition from the page to your property!
We have built an incredible team who maintain full and open communication throughout the entire process.
This makes us very flexible to ensure your project is on schedule and completed within the set timeframe and budget.
Step 6: Your Finished Home
It's time for handover!
We will walk you through your new home, carry out a quality assurance check to ensure all work is finished to our high standards and make sure you are 100% satisfied before handing over the keys.
